In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) Clinical Diagnostic Instrumentation, Automation and Robotics NSW/ACT Our client is a leading supplier in the Clinical Diagnostics and Life Sciences markets providing innovative capital equipment and associated products used in pathology and research. They currently require a Field Service Engineer to service their instrument base in NSW hospitals and private pathology sites providing interstate support where required. Reporting to the Regional Service Manager you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of specialised robotic automation instrumentation used in Clinical Chemistry, Immunology, Haematology, Anatomical and Molecular areas of Pathology. This role requires you to be part of a 24/7 on-call roster, where you may have to resolve breakdowns out-of-hours. Ideally you have experience with diagnostic analysers used in pathology; you are an independent worker, and you have strong communication skills, able to provide technical service and telephone troubleshooting advice to clients.
