We are seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join this dynamic team, and we are open to hiring grads through to experienced therapists. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement rehabilitation programs to help clients improve their ability to perform daily activities and enhance their quality of life. - Conduct thorough assessments of patients to develop individualised treatment plans. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Educate clients and their families on therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment. - Continuously evaluate client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. - Document and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with organisational policies - Developing Treatment Plans: Create individualised treatment plans based on assessment findings to address specific goals and improve patient function. - Educating Patients and Families: Teach clients and their families about therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment, and strategies to facilitate recovery and independence. - Monitoring Progress: Continuously evaluate patient progress throughout the treatment process and modify plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness. Required Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy - Hold current AHPRA Registration - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. - Experience in a clinical setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
