Their solutions are used daily in leading hospitals and specialist departments, and they are now looking to expand their reach across Cardiology—and potentially other clinical specialties. About the Role This is a high-impact opportunity for a commercially minded individual with strong healthcare industry experience and a proven track record in hospital sales. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead sales efforts across Australia and New Zealand, engaging clinicians, department heads, procurement teams, and hospital executives. Key Responsibilities • Manage sales opportunities from initial lead through to contract • Proactively identify and engage clinical sites that would benefit from the IT solutions • Deliver persuasive product demonstrations and presentations (with executive support) • Create and present tailored proposals aligned to clinical and operational needs • Develop strong understanding of client workflows, pain points, and decision-making structures • Contribute to messaging and go-to-market strategies • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clinical, IT, and procurement stakeholders What We’re Looking For • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant science or allied health field e.g. Cardiac Sonography/Echocardiography ? • Extensive experience selling to hospitals, with an existing network of relationships in Cardiology • Proven success in healthcare, medical device, or health IT B2B sales • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Professional and confident presence when engaging with senior clinical and executive stakeholders • Willingness and ability to travel nationally What the company Offers • A purpose-driven company with a clear mission to improve patient care • Office-based role with direct exposure to company executives • A collaborative and supportive culture with the freedom to innovate • Opportunity to represent cutting-edge healthcare solutions across multiple domains • Clear path to growth in senior sales or commercial leadership

Required Experience

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field > 5 yrs sales experience with an establshed network in Cardiology within public and private hospitals i.e. Echo Techs, Chief Technology/IT, procurement and Heads of Cardiology - Must have a clinical understanding in Cardiology i.e. pacing, echo and cath labs Salary Package is $100-200K and includes car and super
